This Privacy Policy explains how Setayo LLC (“Setayo”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use setayo.com and the websites, online stores, call center, support and video tools we provide (the “Services”).
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and business name, when you create an account, place an order, book a service, contact support or call or text a number we operate.
- Account and order information, such as the websites you build, the services you order, invoices and payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications, such as support tickets, emails, call recordings and text messages exchanged with us or with a business that uses our call center.
- Technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the Services secure and working.
How we use information
- To provide, operate and support the Services, including answering calls and messages and sending booking, order and support updates.
- To process payments and keep records required by law.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
- To tell you about changes to the Services or to your account.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number, call or text a number we operate, or agree on a form to receive text messages, we may send you text messages about your request: for example replies to your questions, missed-call follow-ups, booking confirmations, arrival notices and support ticket updates. We do not send marketing text messages without your separate consent.

- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@setayo.com.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf (such as our telecommunications provider), who may use it only to deliver them.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run the Services (hosting, payments, telecommunications, email), under contracts that limit their use of it.
- With the business you are dealing with, when you contact a business that uses our call center, store or booking tools.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users or of Setayo.
- As part of a merger or sale of our business, with notice to you.
Cookies
We use cookies needed to sign you in, keep your cart and keep the Services secure. We may use basic analytics to understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymize it unless we must keep it to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or close your account, by emailing support@setayo.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced on the Services or by email.
