These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of setayo.com and the websites, online stores, call center, support and video tools provided by Setayo LLC (“Setayo”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Orders, subscriptions and payment

Prices for websites, plans and services are shown before you order or in the quote you approve. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Invoices are due as stated on them. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break the law, send spam or unsolicited messages, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the Services or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

Text messaging terms

• Program: Setayo LLC sends text messages to people who contact us or a business using our call center, or who agree on a form to receive them: replies to questions, missed-call follow-ups, booking confirmations, arrival notices and support updates.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP, or email support@setayo.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to your websites and the Services. You give us permission to host and display it as needed to provide the Services.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice of significant changes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Setayo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
